Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your access to the HiCardGame experience, including the Intro tutorial runs and the competitive Versus mode that pits you against AI opponents. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms and all related policies.
Use of the Service
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and follow all gameplay rules. Do not interfere with other players, abuse administrator tools, automate gameplay, or attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with Intro or Versus systems, assets, timers, overlays, or score logic.
Limitations
We may modify or suspend features such as Intro content, Versus matchmaking, leaderboards, analytics integrations, or administrator utilities at any time. Access can be limited when maintenance, security updates, or legal requirements demand it.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law the service is provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, victory outcomes, data retention, or compatibility, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from service use.
